Here are platform requirements for SharePoint 2010 :
· Windows Server 2008 and above – 64 bit only
· SQL Server 2005 and above – 64 bit only
· Browsers: XHTML 1.0 complaint. IE 7, IE 8 & Firefox 3.x on Windows. Firefox 3.x & Safari 3.x on non-Windows.
Anyone planning to upgrade their existing MOSS 2007 running on 32-bit … start planning now.
