Yesterday i attended the launch event of Vista and Office 2007 at Bangalore, India. It was a full day event with three tracks:
- Vista
- Office 2007
- Exchange 2007
Frankly speaking i was very disappointed with the way event was organized, it was not at all useful. Specially the presentations given by partners were too abstract for technical audience. The attendance was also very less. I attended the Office track mainly to know more about MOSS as a development platform but it was demonstrated more as a portal development tool.
Hopefully forthcoming events will be productive.
The next event lined up in this series is Vista Launch for Developers.
