Silverlight 2 RC has been released for developers to start upgrading their application for final release. The runtime for end users has not been released as of now as there are some breaking changes between beta 2 and RC.
Some new controls introduced are Password Box, Progress Bar and Combo Box.
New control skins have also been introduced.
