* Visual Studio 2005 : Unable to Debug - The Binding Handle is Invalid

If you are facing the error 'Unable to Debug - The Binding Handle is Invalid' while trying to debug in Visual Studio 2005, this means you have not applied Service Pack 1 on your VS 2005 installation and 'Terminal Services' on your machine is disabled.

If you want to solve the above problem, recommended solution is download and install Service Pack 1 for Visual Studio 2005.

If you dont want to install SP1, You need to enable 'Terminal Services' on your machine and restart the machine as VS debugging engine is dependent on this service to get hold of list of processes running on the machine.
